Quick Facts Location: 1101 Madison Street, Seattle, WA 98104 Start Date: 07/17/2026 End Date/Duration: Mid-February 2027 Shift: Standard hours (7:00am-5:00pm), 4 days per week (Monday-Wednesday on hospital, Friday clinic/admin day) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Temporary/Locum License/Certs: Active WA or IMLC license, DEA, BC Experience: Gynecologic Oncology, Pelvic Surgery, First Assisting, Robotic Surgery, Pelvic Exams Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (as specified) Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Reflection of licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide gynecologic oncology and pelvic surgery assistance, including robotic surgeries utilizing the DaVinci system Perform and assist with pelvic exams and gynecological procedures Serve as a first assist in surgeries, supporting both inpatient and outpatient care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Work in a fast-paced environment with experienced surgical teams Cover scheduled shifts, including hospital and clinic days, ensuring high-quality patient care Maintain compliance with licensure, institutional policies, and safety standards What You Need Required: Active WA or IMLC license, DEA registration, BC certification RN First Assisting Certification (RNFA) or equivalent experience with first assisting in pelvic surgeries Experience with gynecologic oncology, robotic surgeries (DaVinci preferred), pelvic exams, and gynecological procedures Minimum of 4 weeks per month availability, with at least 10 hours guaranteed per day Preferred: Prior experience in gynecologic oncology or pelvic surgery settings About the Assignment This assignment involves working with a dedicated team at a prominent facility in Seattle, WA, supporting inpatient and outpatient gynecological surgical services. Providers will assist in complex pelvic surgeries and gynecologic oncology cases, including robotic procedures. The position offers a consistent schedule with four 10-hour shifts weekly, providing an excellent balance for professional and personal life.
