Patient Experience & Scheduling Specialist

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide, including Holland, MI. You will ensure a positive patient experience by supporting the clinic to reach revenue goals, handling administrative and operational tasks, and coordinating patient interactions and needs. Daily tasks include welcoming patients, handling 50–75 calls per day, scheduling appointments, processing intake, verifying insurance, managing supplies and payments, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
