This position focuses on recruiting and supporting employees in the light industrial industry, with a strong emphasis on the Spanish-speaking workforce.The role is primarily office-based in Elk Grove Village, with occasional onsite support at a client location in Elgin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in staffing and recruiting, with the potential to advance into a full-time Recruiter and Branch Manager position.ResponsibilitiesSource, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial positionsConduct new hire onboarding and orientationsBuild relationships with candidates, employees, and clientsMaintain applicant and employee recordsCoordinate recruiting activities and hiring eventsSupport employee engagement and workforce management initiativesOccasionally assist onsite at a client location in ElginEnsure compliance with company hiring practices and proceduresQualificationsFluent in both Spanish and English (required)Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsReliable transportationGrowth OpportunityThis is a part-time position with significant growth potential.
