Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, finding new customers, and being rewarded directly for your results?

We are looking for a motivated Independent Sales Representative to help grow our business throughout the Greater Chicago Area and Northern Illinois.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission and uncapped earning potential . You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while developing relationships with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Identify potential customers and generate new leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct local customer visits throughout the Chicagoland area as needed
• Bring furniture samples and product information to customer site visits
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Set appointments and maintain consistent communication with customers
• Work toward and achieve sales goals
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM
• Create and present sales materials to prospective customers

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required
• Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, manufacturer sales, furniture sales, commercial sales, or business development is a plus
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based sales environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own schedule
• Comfortable meeting with customers in person
• Must reside in the Greater Chicago Area or Northern Illinois
