Production Worker

Position: Production Worker Location: Edinburgh Pay Rate: $23.58 – $30.06/hour (based on experience) Shift Options 8-Hour Shifts (Monday – Friday) 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (+$0.10 shift differential) 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (+$1.50 shift differential) 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (+$1.25 shift differential) 12-Hour Rotating Shifts 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (+$0.45 shift differential) 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (+$1.25 shift differential) Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next, working every other weekend Candidates must be willing to work overtime. Sign-on bonus of $2,000 available if hired from May 2026 til the end of the year. Summary Description As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations and report directly to the Department Supervisor. This role plays an important part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of thermoformed and flexible packaging products. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate with team members and multiple departments to complete manufacturing tasks Operate production machinery and equipment Retrieve and pack product into boxes Make basic process adjustments to maintain product quality Monitor and report product quality according to company standards Use troubleshooting and critical thinking when setting up new jobs Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Support other departments as needed We’d Love to Hear From You If You have previous manufacturing experience and/or formal training You can properly read a tape measure You can read and understand work instructions You can perform basic math and take accurate measurements You have strong attendance and punctuality You want to grow and advance within a manufacturing environment You have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience (required) Benefits At TOPPAN Packaging Americas, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support overall wellbeing.
