Salary:
Diamond Peak Homes is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting prospective buyers through the home purchasing process while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective homebuyers
- Conduct model home and community tours
- Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities
- Explain floor plans, pricing, and available options
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with construction, lenders, and closing teams
- Meet monthly sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Experience/Requirements
- Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or a sales-driven organization
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in managing CRM; Sales Force, Follow Up Boss, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Attend weekly meetings as needed
