Seeking FOIA/MDR/Appeals Reviewer candidates with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as EHSS. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (FOIA/MDR/Appeals Reviewer) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy (DOE | OC - EHSS) | Office of Classification (OC) | Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Review and process FOIA and MDR requests Assist in preparing correspondence for FOIA/MDR responses Coordinate with classification experts to resolve issues Prepare redacted versions of requested documents Desired Qualifications Knowledge of FOIA, MDR, and Privacy Act procedures Experience processing sensitive government documents Education / Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in FOIA/MDR/appeals processing Skills Required Strong organizational and coordination skills Knowledge of federal regulations (FOIA, MDR, Privacy Act) Ability to handle classified documents Excellent oral and written communication skills EEO Statement: We attract the best people in the industry, supporting their efforts to learn and grow.
