• Serve as the primary classroom teacher for Grade 4
• Create a joyful, structured, and faith-filled classroom environment
• Deliver engaging instruction across core academic subjects
• Foster student growth academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Communicate effectively and proactively with parents
• Collaborate with faculty and administration
• Participate actively in the spiritual life and mission of the school
• Support student leadership development and character formation
• Model Christian virtue and servant leadership in daily interactions

Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching license or ability to obtain licensure
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to academic excellence
• Desire to contribute positively to a collaborative school culture
• Passion for helping students grow in faith, character, and leadership
