Your role As a hands-on Engineering Manager in the Customer Journey (Growth) team at RoomPriceGenie, you will lead a small team of engineers improving how hoteliers discover and realise value in our platform, from activation and onboarding to feature adoption and long-term engagement. Beyond growth, the team also owns three foundational domains: Auth, User Management and Payments . This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role. You will guide the team's execution, coach engineers, and stay technically in the work through code reviews, architecture discussions, pairing and direct coding.
