Aerotek is hiring Production Assemblers to join a leading manufacturing partner. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with mechanical and electrical components in a team-based, lean production environment with strong career growth potential.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Assembler, you’ll build and test high-quality custom products:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using schematics and blueprints

• Perform wiring, wire harnessing, and panel assembly

• Use hand and power tools to complete builds safely and efficiently

• Program and test products to ensure proper functionality

• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process

• Follow lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Lift and move materials (up to 40 lbs) as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (Level 1) OR

• 2+ years of assembly experience (Level 2)

• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints

• Hands-on experience with wire harnessing and panel wiring

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset

➕ Preferred Experience

• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure

• Product testing or troubleshooting experience

• Experience in electrical control assemblies

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $22.00/hr.
