Supports the Director of Quality in QMS management. Implements new quality inspection methodologies as required. Performs in process inspections during fabrication and assembly, including AS9102 First Articles. Prepares Technical Data Packages (TDPs) documenting hardware deliverables. Reviews Purchase Orders for accuracy, including proper contractual, project and quality flow downs. Generates and resolves CorrectiveAction Reports (CAR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). Leads failure investigations. Performs supply chain risk analysis. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent 2-5 years’ experience aerospace systems Quality Engineering In depth understanding of the testing, inspection, quality issues and certification of aircraft, including all systems and particularly those associated with composite aero structures. Expert knowledge of GD&T and Statistical Process Control implementation. Expert knowledge of AS9100 QMS.
