Managing assigned administrative agency charges and attorney demand matters from investigation through conclusion Drafting clear, persuasive position statements Responding to agency requests for information and related inquiries Communicating directly with clients and agency representatives throughout each matter Representing clients in remote mediations and settlement discussions Utilizing the firm's data‑driven technology platform and specialized workflows to ensure efficiency and high‑quality service Collaborating with a national team of experienced labor & employment attorneys This role does not involve courtroom litigation or business generation.
