In this position, you will set the standard for laboratory excellence, working under the guidance of industry leaders to transform technical prototypes into reproducible, life‑changing solutions. Location & Compensation Location: Temecula, California Job Type: Contract Salary: $65.00 – $75.41 per hour Work Hours: 9 to 5 Education: Doctorate Responsibilities Develop hands‑on expertise in nano/microparticle formulations, including lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and polymer nanoparticles. Execute and refine conjugation chemistry techniques to support drug delivery systems. Manage the characterization of new formulations and the development of robust assays. Analyze experimental results and validate technical prototypes to ensure product efficacy. Maintain detailed documentation of all innovation work to support regulatory compliance and product launches. Collaborate with internal innovation teams and stakeholders to conceptualize and iterate on new project designs. Required Skills & Qualifications PhD in Pharmacology, Formulation Science, or Biology. Hands‑on experience in Formulation Science (specifically nano/microparticles). Proficiency in cell culture and assay development. Ability to work safely with chemicals and substances requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Proactive “self‑starter” mentality with the ability to drive projects forward. Preferred Skills Experience in Immunology or Chemical Biology. Familiarity with Peptide drug delivery systems. Knowledge of scale‑up processes for reproducible manufacturing. Strong analytical skills regarding drug discovery and virtual demonstrations.
