Location 409 S Church St,Berlin, WI, 54923,United States Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Required Degree High school Manage Others No Badger Mining Corporation is seeking a Logistics & Customer Resource Coordinator to support the day-to‑day execution of our Transportation, Distribution & Logistics (TDL) and Customer Resource Team (CRT) activities. In this role, you’ll help keep product and information moving – owning daily shipment data accuracy, supporting order entry and invoicing processes, coordinating rail and transload needs, and partnering across teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities Shipment & Transload Data Management Complete daily downloads, validation, and distribution of shipment data. Maintain accuracy and timeliness of shipment visibility for stakeholders. Support improvements to tracking, reporting, and data flow. Customer Resource (CRT) Support Process foundry orders, including order entry and execution support. Complete daily foundry shipment and performance analysis. Provide backup support for invoicing and related administrative needs. Month‑end invoicing and inventory balancing. Transportation, Distribution & Logistics (TDL) – Core Support Maintain empty railcar forecasting and reporting. Process and review miscellaneous rail invoices for accuracy. Support landed cost calculations and logistics cost tracking. Provide backup coverage for rail and logistics planning activities. TDL – Advanced / Growth Responsibilities Perform railcar fleet utilization and performance analysis. Support rail rate tracking and analysis. Assist with leased railcar management including repairs and budgets. Support transload management and site coordination. Requirements and Qualifications Strong Excel skills and comfort working with operational data. Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Summary The Logistics & Customer Resource Coordinator supports day-to-day execution across Transportation, Distribution & Logistics (TDL) and the Customer Resource Team (CRT).
