Recruitment Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused ABA Outreach Coordinator who enjoys building relationships, communicating with candidates and clients, and keeping the recruitment process on track. In this role, you’ll help identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate next steps, and make sure no important conversation or opportunity gets missed. If you’re organized, confident talking to people, and good at turning conversations into action, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Connect with Candidates and Clients Reach out to candidates and clients through email, phone, and other communication channels. Support candidate sourcing, recruitment, screening, and intake. Conduct professional interviews and gather accurate candidate information. Build positive relationships through clear, timely, and helpful communication. Keep the Hiring Process Moving Follow up with candidates and clients to maintain momentum throughout recruitment. Coordinate next steps from initial outreach through subsequent hiring stages. Schedule interviews, track responses, and manage recruiting tasks. Help ensure qualified candidates move forward without unnecessary delays. Stay Organized and on Top of the Details Maintain accurate candidate and client records. Track conversations, follow-ups, and recruitment progress. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing sight of important details. Use recruiting tools and systems to keep information organized and accessible. Work as One Team Collaborate with recruiters and team members to support hiring goals. Communicate updates and flag issues that need attention. Take initiative, solve problems, and support additional tasks as needed by the manager. What You’ll Bring Experience in recruitment, outreach, intake, administration, customer service, or a similar role . Strong written and spoken English. Confidence in communicating with candidates and clients professionally. Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills. The ability to conduct interviews, ask clear questions, and capture accurate information. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or similar tools. ABA experience is a plus.
