Hybrid Project Manager Qualifications
- BS in Engineering from an accredited program with a Kansas or Missouri P.E. license (or obtainment within 60 days).
- Demonstrated consulting background managing residential, commercial, or municipal transportation projects.
- Expertise in civil design, QA/QC plan review, utility coordination, permitting, and mentoring junior engineers.
