Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Locums
Schedule: Day Shift | Flexible Scheduling
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients. This role involves working across post-acute care, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct patient assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and consulting providers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in on-call coverage as required

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA-C program
• Active, unrestricted license (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA registration, NPI number, and prescriptive authority (or eligibility)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs
