About the Role:

The Physical Therapist (PT) plays a critical role in improving patients' mobility, function, and overall quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions. This position involves assessing patients' physical conditions, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapies to address a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercise principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care, including lifting and manual therapy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings.
• Certification in specialized therapy techniques such as orthopedic, neurological, or pediatric physical therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Continuing education or advanced training in manual therapy or sports rehabilitation.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical abilities, limitations, and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical best practices.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and integrate evidence-based practices.
