Job Summary and Qualifications

In the capacity of a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and the standards of practice specific to your state and specialty. Working alongside medical professionals and the care team, you will deliver tailored, comprehensive, and empathetic care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure a remarkable patient experience and favorable clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, observe the patient for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
• Deliver outstanding care by responding swiftly to patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and addressing them effectively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terminology.

Qualifications Required

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of a Registered Nurse Diploma program.
• No travel is required for this position.
