Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

Position We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Houston, TX. Overview Registered Nurse Field Assessors complete Long Term Care insurance assessments by obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, current medication lists, and evaluating functional independence. Assessments also include brief cognitive screening and evaluation of a claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. Candidates should be technologically savvy and able to use a point‑of‑care web application/system on a laptop or tablet for real‑time documentation. Responsibilities Perform Long Term Care insurance assessments, document findings through the web application/system, and complete required cognitive screenings and functional evaluations. Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and dependable vehicle or public transportation Current CPR certification Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client This position is not eligible for benefits. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of RN experience Able to work independently Good communication, writing, and organizational skills Compensation

• 64,100 - $141,500 annual total cash target pay
• 36.98 - $81.63 per visit point
• 30.82 - $68.03 hourly rate

Compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
