The OpportunityWe are seeking an expert Data Analyst to join the Adobe Stock Analytics and Insights team. Our team supports Adobe Stock's key strategic pillars. This role will focus specifically on User Engagement and Retention for Stock.You will play a key role in defining and measuring success metrics for user acquisition, engagement, and retention flows. Working closely with Marketing and Product collaborators, you'll align business objectives with data-driven insights and build comprehensive dashboards that drive decision-making across the organization. The U.S. pay range for this position is $154,900 -- $281,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $194,000 - $281,000 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
