Assistant General Manager | Fine-Dining

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Front of House team.
• Create an engaging, positive culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
• Conduct training, performance coaching, and ongoing development for service staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily service expectations.
• Ensure exceptional execution of service standards during every shift.
• Oversee daily floor operations, staffing, and reservation flow.
• Perform table touches and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Partner closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Maintain opening, closing, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Foster an environment that encourages hospitality, learning, and career growth.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience in fine dining preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of POS and reservation systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• NYC Food Handler Certification preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
