Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is currently in search of a Maintenance Supervisor for a food production company in the Los Angeles area. Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00pm to 1:00am) Pay Range: $95k-$110k (D.O.E) Job Requirements Previous experience in Manufacturing or in related position (3 - 5 years) Excellent communication skills Previous experience in Supervisor/Foreman position (2 years) Knowledge in company policies, standards, safety policies, etc. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects at the same time. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to withstand changes in temperature - up to -20 F Responsibilities Perform mechanical tasks efficiently Safely maintain and repair all plant equipment Work with minimum supervision Work effectively in a team environment Comply with safety policies, procedures, and job description Maintain excellent attendance Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or Government Regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
