Treasury Specialist

Bridging the gap between Accounts Receivable and Client Trust, the hybrid Treasury Specialist will manage the processing, reconciliation, and movement of incoming cash receipts for major operating and client trust accounts while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. Key responsibilities Record and process incoming cash receipts via various payment methods into the firm's main operating account Reconcile cash receipts against daily bank reports and manage complex Client Trust cash transactions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve unallocated balances and deliver accurate cash receipt documentation for audits Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or corporate treasury operations High School Diploma or GED; experience in professional services or law firm environments is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn specialized accounting and treasury software Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify transactional discrepancies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively
