Remote Intake Nurse: Care Coordination & Admissions

Opco-Skilled-Management- is seeking a Central Intake Nurse to obtain referral documentation from physicians, insurers, and providers to determine service appropriateness and facility placement, and to coordinate patient care plans with service providers. This full-time, work-from-home role requires a high school diploma, a current nursing license for the state, and two years of managerial-level healthcare administration experience.
