TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, 53916!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Medicine Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:30 - 19:00) Experience: 2 years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last 3 years License: RN license required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS - AHA ONLY Must-Have: Traveler will be required to pass telemetry test prior to starting Description: Days, 12-hour shifts, 06:30 - 19:00. Weekend rotation and every other holiday required. Unit will consider 4x12 schedules and up to 26-week assignments if the traveler is interested. BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications are required. Traveler must have two years of Emergency Department experience within the last three years. The following skills are required: arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, continuous IV sedation, and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred. Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 70 patients, and the unit handles all level 1 traumas. Travelers are required to float as needed. Travelers must have experience in acute care within the last three years in the specialty they are applying for. A telemetry exam will be required prior to starting, with specific passing criteria. If the traveler does not pass after a designated number of attempts, the assignment may be canceled.
