Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Mike Shaw Kia in Corpus Christi, TX. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle financing and leasing, including presenting finance and insurance options to customers, securing approvals from lenders, and completing all related documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations. The Finance Manager works closely with the sales team to structure and close deals that meet customer needs while supporting dealership profitability and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in automotive finance, loan structuring, and leasing, with the ability to explain finance and insurance products clearly to customers. Strong skills in financial analysis, credit review, and documentation accuracy, with careful attention to regulatory and compliance requirements. Proficiency in dealership management and finance software, as well as general computer applications such as spreadsheets and CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and management teams.
