Nurse Practitioner - HIV Care & Community Health

Housing Works seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals. You will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, and build strong patient relationships. The role requires NYS NP licensure, NYS RN license, 2–4 years NP experience, and experience with HIV/AIDS primary care.
