Schedule/Hours:

• 4x10-hour evening shifts (11:00-21:30), rotating days off based on unit needs
• May include scheduled weekend shifts
• On-call: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
• Flexible on requested time offwillingness to make up shifts is appreciated

Essential Qualifications:

• Active and current RN license
• At least 3 years of operating room RN experience required
• Level I Trauma Center experience is a must
• Robust neuro skillset required (ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF)
• Da Vinci Xi Surgical System experience required
• Current BLS certification
• First-time travelers encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate in neurosurgical and robotic-assisted procedures as primary team RN
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Respond quickly and competently to Level I Trauma scenarios
• Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and mentorship to peers in a high-acuity setting
