Richard Dean Insurance is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, driven *Commercial Insurance Sales Producer* to help expand our commercial insurance division throughout Florida.

Since opening our doors in 2019, Richard Dean Insurance has grown into a high-performing, multi-location agency built around growth, accountability, exceptional client service and developing great people. We aren't looking for someone who simply waits for the phone to ring.

We're looking for a producer — someone who enjoys building relationships, prospecting for new opportunities, networking within the business community and turning conversations into long-term clients.

The Opportunity?

As our Commercial Sales Producer, you will be responsible for developing and growing a profitable book of commercial insurance business.

You'll work with current and new business owners throughout Florida to understand their operations, identify exposures and provide insurance solutions designed around their needs.

This is a sales-focused position with significant opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career and be rewarded for performance.

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Monthly Bonus Opporunities

Compensation will be structured to reward production and provide significant earning potential for a successful commercial producer.

Specific compensation will be based on commercial insurance experience, existing relationships/book development experience, licensing and demonstrated sales performance.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do?

- Prospect and develop new commercial insurance opportunities through our platform of carriers.

- Build relationships with business owners, referral partners and community organizations

- Generate business through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and agency opportunities

- Conduct comprehensive commercial insurance reviews

- Quote, present and close commercial insurance accounts

- Cross-sell additional insurance solutions when appropriate

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline

- Consistently follow up with prospects and referral sources

- Meet and exceed established monthly and annual production goals

- Maintain accurate documentation and activity within agency systems

- Work collaboratively with our sales, service and leadership teams

- Represent Richard Dean Insurance professionally within the communities we serve

Requirements

Successful candidates should possess:

- Florida Property Casualty insurance licensing, preferably a 2-20 General Lines license

- Commercial insurance sales or business development experience

- Strong prospecting and networking skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Confidence working directly with business owners and decision-makers

- Strong organizational and pipeline-management skills

- A high level of personal accountability

- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset

- Comfort working in a technology-driven sales environment

- A desire to grow professionally and financially
