Description - Your Impact

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests-including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, immunology-following established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out essential maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new team members or students, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation norms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your career.
