Overview Dishwashers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food & beverage services. They uphold our standards of cleanliness for glassware, utensils, and tableware through proper sanitation protocols. Additionally, they contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area by following proper sanitation procedures Use the prescribed equipment and cleaning methods to assure proper sanitation; wash glassware, utensils, and dishware by hand or place them in the dishwasher machine Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook line and other designated storage areas Sweep and mop kitchen floors; clean shelves, carts and racks Wash work tables, meat blocks, walls and walk-in coolers and freezers Remove trash and place it in designated containers Cleans and hoses out garbage cans Other duties as assigned Qualifications Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of time Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail Teamwork and collaboration Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors What can you look forward to All team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!
