Here, you will work on meaningful projects alongside passionate colleagues, driving progress and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.The Service Operations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between customers, Field Service Engineers, and internal teams, ensuring timely service execution and an outstanding customer experience.This position reports to the Sr. Customer Support Manager, is part of the Technical Service team, and will be fully ONSITE at either of our facilities in Deerfield, IL OR Waltham, MA.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web-to-case channels.Manage customer quotes, purchase orders, and service requests, coordinate service scheduling, work orders, and parts orders.Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SAP, and communicate service updates and resolve customer issues through cross-functional collaboration.The essential requirements of the job include:High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.1+ year experience in customer service, dispatching, service coordination, or order management.1 year experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar business systems.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Associate's or Bachelor's degreeLeica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
