Sales Rep, Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) - Pittsburgh, PA

Medtronic seeks a sales representative for its SPRINT® PNS System in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves meeting territory sales objectives, building physician relationships, and managing hospital product approvals for peripheral nerve stimulation therapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and territory plans to meet assigned sales objectives
• Build relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to establish customer-centric culture
• Track contacts, activities, and follow-ups using computer-based account management systems
• Support surgeon engagement through presentations, grand rounds, and case study identification
• Coordinate hospital product approval processes and identify new target accounts and physicians

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years medical device, healthcare, or life sciences sales experience
• Or associate degree with 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• Or bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• Knowledge of reimbursement landscape and managed care
• Experience calling on neurology, physiatry, oncology, or primary care physicians
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills
• Familiarity with operating room environments and implantable device experience preferred
