Semiconductor Machine Operator

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Compressed Work Week (3-4 Days per Week)

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

We are seeking motivated Semiconductor Machine Operators to join a growing high-tech manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-growing semiconductor industry while working with advanced automated and robotic production equipment.

• Operate automated manufacturing and robotic production equipment in a semiconductor fabrication environment
• Load materials and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Perform wafer and panel processing operations according to established procedures
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting
• Accurately document production activity and maintain quality control standards
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and cleanroom procedures
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

• Minimum 1 year of recent machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience is a plus

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and movements throughout the shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
