This remote role supports account management and client success activities within a growing SaaS environment. You will help strengthen client relationships through renewal coordination, responsive support, and accurate account administration. The position combines hands-on client communication with CRM data management and process improvement. You will also use AI-assisted productivity tools to streamline documentation, communication, and recurring workflows. Working closely with Account Management and cross-functional teams, you will help identify retention risks and growth opportunities. Accountabilities

• Support the renewal lifecycle by monitoring contract expiration dates, preparing renewal documentation, identifying at-risk accounts, and highlighting potential growth opportunities.
• Assist with CRM migration activities, including data cleanup, record migration, quality assurance testing, and maintaining accurate client and pipeline information.
• Use AI and productivity tools to prepare renewal summaries, contract recaps, follow-up communications, meeting summaries, and routine client responses, reviewing and personalizing all AI-generated content before delivery.
• Provide day-to-day client support by responding to routine inquiries, resolving issues when possible, and routing more complex requests to the appropriate internal teams.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as renewal proposals, account summaries, meeting agendas, and other account management documentation.
• Support client retention, renewal, and satisfaction objectives through proactive communication, careful follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI-enabled processes, and other productivity enhancements.
• Collaborate with Account Management and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs and effective execution of account initiatives.
• Contribute to team projects and other responsibilities that support the ongoing development and scalability of client experience operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience, with 2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, sales operations, or a comparable client-facing position.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, with an interest in continuously developing AI-enabled workflow skills.
• Previous experience in a SaaS or technology-focused environment is preferred, particularly where client relationships, renewals, or account operations were involved.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Exposure to CRM migration, data cleanup, account administration, or similar operational projects is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions while remaining comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proficiency with standard business and productivity software, along with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States and willingness to travel up to approximately 15% as required.
