This individual is a part of the amazing heart of house team that takes pride in everything they do to ensure a memorable and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. Their primary roles include changing towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and addressing guest requests thoughtfully and knowledgeably to make sure the rooms are stocked, clean and inviting at all times.

Requested tasks include properly removing trash and dirty linens from guestrooms, using cleaning chemicals to clean and sanitize each guestroom, replenishing all supplies and amenities to standard, vacuuming carpets and cleaning hard flooring to standard, delivering or retrieving requested items from guests, ensuring guestrooms are secured, adhering to the lost and found policy for all guest items accidentally left behind, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of linen closets.

Requested capabilities include attention to detail, an approachable personality, a guest-first attitude, and maintaining a team spirit.
