Responsibilities Medical Director role overseeing 15 providers across four primary care sites Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no weekends 32 patient contact hours per week with an average of 16 patients per day Hospital‑employed position within a 50‑provider, multi‑specialty outpatient practice Competitive base compensation with sign‑on bonus and loan repayment assistance Easily obtainable quantitative and qualitative performance bonuses available annually 6.4 weeks of PTO provided Qualifications Board‑certified Family Practice physician with at least 3 years of leadership experience required Compensation Salary from $250,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually. Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
