As a Solutions Consultant at HyTechPro Inc, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our services and our clients' needs. You will be responsible for understanding client challenges, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring the smooth implementation of services. Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation & Discovery: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and technical requirements.
• Solution Design: Develop customized solutions by aligning client needs with the company's services.
• Pre-sales Support: Partner with the sales team during the sales process, providing technical expertise and product demonstrations to support the closing of deals.
• Client Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos, showcasing how our solutions can resolve specific client challenges.
• Project Scoping: Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements.
• Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for any technical or service-related questions.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with the solution.
• Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide innovative solutions and thought leadership.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience: More than 5 years of experience in a solutions consultant, pre-sales, or within a service provider or IT solutions company.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a client-facing role with cross-functional teams.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with project management methodologies is an advantage. Experience in process automation, business process outsourcing, or managed services is beneficial.
• Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and solution orientation. Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
