We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive personal assistance to an active working senior in Beverly Grove. Typical schedule will be Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, but looking for someone who has flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends with advanced notice. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and able to manage a wide range of responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and scheduling
• Coordinate personal and professional meetings, reservations, and travel arrangements
• Run personal errands and assist with day-to-day tasks
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Assist with email correspondence, document preparation, and some administrative tasks
• Organize files, records, and important personal documents
• Communicate effectively and professionally
• Provide occasional support during evenings as needed
• Must be available on weekends
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Must be computer savvy and proficient with email, calendars, Microsoft Office, and other basic technology platforms
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Must possess a valid California driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation required
