Essential Duties and Responsibilities Human Resources Maintains supply of applications and related documents; tax forms; direct deposit forms Administrative/Other Establishes good public relations by being courteous to all Maintains visitors’ sign in/out log When new residents arrive, notifies social services and/or nursing unit Keeps reception area/lobby clutter free Distributes mail Performs various secretarial and support tasks for the Administrator and other departments Observes Resident’s Rights at all times. Ensures all residents do not leave the building unaccompanied. Reports to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality. Attends in-services as required. Assumes accountability for data contained in the employee work rules/handbook. Maintains confidentiality of all information relating to any person associated with Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to include but not limit to residents, family members, visitors and employees. Complies with all work rules including those that pertain to health Complies with the terms of the Corporate Compliance Program Performs other duties as requested #J-18808-Ljbffr
