Human Resource Manager

We are fast growing and employee friendly, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager in our Langhorne PA corporate office. The primary responsibilities include the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The HR Manager is also involved in employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

The HR Manager is also involved in all or part of these areas:

• maintain employee timekeeping system and help resolve and discrepancies in timekeeping and time off calculations

• handles all employment verification requests

• recruiting and staffing efforts

• organizational development

• employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting

• employee orientation, employee onboarding, development, and training

• handles background checks and drug screenings for new hires

• enter new hires into timekeeping system and check over new hire paperwork for accuracy

• policy development and documentation

• maintaining company LMS (learning management system)

• Administering training to all staff either online or in person

• handle all employee concerns/questions and help with termination/disciplinary discussions

• completes unemployment paperwork

• company-wide committee facilitation

• company employee communication

• compensation and benefits administration

• employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

• employee services and counseling

The Human Resources Manager supports the company objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

The HR Manager assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
