Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working within a collaborative school setting. This full-time contract position runs from August 13, 2026, through June 9, 2027 (dates subject to change), serving multiple locations in Washington and Greene Counties, PA. The assignment begins with paid training on August 13th, 14th, and 17th, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, at the McMurray Campus. The regular schedule starts August 20th, transitioning to school hours from 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Certificate as a Pennsylvania SLP Educator required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC credential
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Able to commute reliably to all assignment locations
• Demonstrated skills supporting elementary-age students with communication needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across designated school sites, including Bethlehem-Center Elementary (½ day), Fort Cherry Elementary (2 days), and Waynesburg, PA (2 days)
• Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, parents, and school teams
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and required trainings
