As an SLP in this role, you will:

What We’re Looking For:

• Current SLP-CCC credential and clinical experience within schools
• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate
• Strong background in assessment, intervention, and documentation for K-6 students
• Ability to plan and implement individualized speech-language programs
• Effective communicator with staff, students, and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and maintain timely records

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy for approximately 38 students at the elementary level
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support classroom success
• Conduct initial and triennial evaluations; write and maintain IEP documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and family conferences as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for school SLPs
• Commit to a 3-day per week schedule (8:15 AM – 3:40 PM) during the first semester
