What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans while adapting to evolving priorities and requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business leaders to identify resource needs and effectively assign project responsibilities.
• Drive project governance by creating, reviewing, and maintaining key project documentation and deliverables.
• Apply project management best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address roadblocks before they impact delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications across all levels of the organization.
• Resolve project challenges and foster collaboration among team members, business partners, and leadership.
• Track project progress, provide reporting, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor, motivate, and inspire project team members to achieve exceptional results.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and project quality.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive projects to completion.
• Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, status reports, and executive communications.
• Track record of successfully delivering technology projects on time and within scope.
