Time & Absence Specialist*

Das erwartet dich: Du bist Teil eines engagierten Teams, das die korrekte Erfassung und Korrektur der Zeitwirtschaft in SAP und Workday für unsere deutschen Standorte sicherstellt. Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf: Abwesenheiten wie Krankmeldungen erfasst und korrigierst du zuverlässig, bearbeitest die SAP- und eAU-Fehlerlisten und holst alle nötigen Informationen für die Dokumentation ein. Du berätst Mitarbeiter bei Fragen zu Abwesenheitssachverhalten. Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse der Zeitkonten führst du eigenständig durch und achtest auf die Einhaltung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben. Du nimmst regelmäßig an Schulungsprogrammen und Testverfahren teil, insbesondere bei technischen Änderungen. Teamgeist wird bei uns großgeschrieben: Du unterstützt Kollegen, vertrittst sie und bearbeitest Team-Checklisten nach dem 4-Augen-Prinzip. Das bringst du mit: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene dreijährige kaufmännische Ausbildung und profunde Erfahrung in SAP HCM und/oder Workday Zeitmanagement. Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem größeren Unternehmen mit mehreren Standorten. Du kennst die Bedeutung der Zeitwirtschaft für die Gehaltsabrechnung. Du bist vertraut mit gesetzlichen und tarifvertraglichen Anforderungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Zeitwirtschaft und Gehaltsabrechnung. Du zeichnest dich durch sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, präzise Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit zur effektiven Teamarbeit aus. #J-18808-Ljbffr DAW SE Germany
