Auto Subrogation Team Manager

Leading a team of specialists, the full-time Virtual Subrogation Team Manager - Auto will develop, motivate, and mentor staff to ensure quality work products and exceptional recovery results in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee team performance, including preparation of scorecards, work inventory audits, and enforcement of company policies Handle escalated calls and inquiries from staff to maximize departmental performance and client satisfaction Mentor specialists by providing guidance and support in daily operations and skill development Required qualifications Five years of relevant Subrogation and/or Insurance experience Ability to motivate teams and develop techniques to achieve departmental goals Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred Associate degree is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows systems is preferred
