Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview As an Account Associate at Pam Johnson State Farm Insurance Agency, you support daily operations and customer satisfaction by fostering strong client relationships and coordinating communication among agency departments. Responsibilities Work Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a one‑hour lunch. Saturdays: 9:00 AM to noon, rotating with other team members, possibly a couple of Saturdays a month with 3 hours off allowed during the week. Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate clients about insurance options. Meet needs‑based sales goals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive benefits including: 401(k) Medical Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Valuable experience Growth potential / opportunity for advancement within the agency Earn up to an additional $5,000 in bonuses on top of commissions. Write 120 Auto policies and 20 Life policies. Bonus sales window (after 30‑day onboarding): 31st day to 150th day.
