Summary:

**Experience Required:** - 2 years recent ICU experience required **Certification Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Driver's License:** - Required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles radius. **Licensure:** - License to submit **Skills and Qualifications:** - Ability to titrate drips: vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, antiarrhythmics - Ability to read and interpret tele monitoring: Draeger heart monitoring with centralized telemetry monitoring **Additional Requirements:** - RN's must pass an open book exam during orientation with a 90% score requirement. - Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care. - Attributes for success: critical thinking skills, ability to ask questions, positive attitude, willingness to help others, personable.
