KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Top Skill Sets:- Stay on top of weekly updates from all groups within client Legal and NA Legal & Compliance teams
- Prepare and write weekly reports in Korean for management on key topics
- Legal analysis, research, issue spotting on key issues
- Tech background would be a plus, a self-starter who is efficient and motivated to work and learn about upcoming 5G, AI, and interest in overall technology
- Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking)
- JD from an accredited law school required
- 5+ years of legal experience required
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for businesses
- Summarize cases and their application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations
- Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking)
